Sensitive Information, as defined in the Privacy Act, includes information about an individual's health, racial or ethnic origin, and other categories. We do not collect Sensitive Information through this website.

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, role, and sector. We do not collect health information, payment details, Medicare numbers, NDIS participant numbers, or any other sensitive information through this website.

4. How we collect your information

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit the enquiry form on this website. We do not collect personal information from third parties through this website. This website uses cookies set by Cloudflare for security and performance purposes. These cookies do not identify you personally. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

5. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to send you the Toolkit overview document you have requested. We may follow up by email to answer questions about the Toolkit. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you direct marketing material without your separate, explicit consent.

Your enquiry information is processed through a secure webhook hosted in Australia via Cloudflare Workers and stored in Klaviyo, our email communications platform, for the purpose of responding to your request. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of two years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted.

7. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. We use third-party service providers (Klaviyo for email communications, Cloudflare for website hosting and email routing) to operate this website. These providers process your information only for the purposes we specify.

8. Your rights

Under Australian Privacy Principle 12, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. Under Australian Privacy Principle 13, you may request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. To exercise either of these rights, contact info@oralhealthgovernance.com.au.
